How to fix a location that appears over the ocean.

The location may have defaulted to the GPS location "0,0", which is off the coast of Africa and this happens when the address is not located correctly on the map. 

Reason

This could be due to any of the following:

> Location not being entered (completely)

> Location not found on your Map

> Location not in your Batch Upload (CSV file)

Resolution

To fix this, please navigate to MapifyPro > Map Locations > (required location).

In the location that you need to edit, scroll down to Map Location.

In the "Select a location on the map" field, enter either an address, business name, or GPS coordinates. then click "Search on Map."

Once the map pin displays properly on the map, click 'Update' to save your changes.
