Symptom

Within a Map Location, when trying to assign/unassign one or more Map, the Map does not get assigned/unassigned. Instead, the page scroll jumps to the top of the page.

Explanation

This was a problem with an older version of MapifyPro. This could occur if you have the latest version of MapifyPro and your browser has the older code of MapifyPro cached.

Resolution 1: Update MapifyPro

Please update to the latest version of MapifyPro

Resolution 2: Clear your browser cache

Cached Images and files need to be cleared on your browser. Use the following links to assist you with clearing your browser cache.

The guides below describe how to clear your browsing data. If you don't want to remove all your browsing data then please ensure that Cached Images and files (for Chrome & Edge), Empty Caches  (for Safari), or the Cached Web Content (for Firefox) are cleared as a minimum.
