Symptom
With the latest version of the MapifyPro, it is confirmed that the drop-down menu for the Map and Search filters is working on desktop, mobile phone, and tablet successfully. There may be instances, however, in which the Map Filter List (drop-down menu) is showing up in the desktop application but not in the mobile view.
Explanations
1. There is a need to clear your cache.
2. This is due to the browser app being used on the mobile device.
Resolutions
1. You will need to clear your browser cache. Please see this link for a guide.
2. Please try another browser app on your mobile phone to see if that works.
