When entering an address in the 'Locate Address on the Map' field or in the 'Address Details' section of the page, an error is received: 'Geocode was not successful for the following reason: No results found'. Another way of determining this issues is that the address field remains blank (once saved). Screenshots for both scenarios are below:
When the location address is not entered completely or accurately, then this defaults to the GPS location "0,0", which therefore would not show the desired location.
Another possibility for this issue to occur is that there may be too much information saved in your browser's cache, affecting the loading time of web pages and the performance of your computer.
Ensure that the Location field (Locate Address on the Map) has the complete address of the location. This can be a full address (including suburb/county, state, and country) or it can be GPS coordinates. In some cases, using a business name also works, though this is not recommended unless it is worldly-unique.
