Symptom

When performing a Batch Upload, some locations are not successfully imported with error, 'OSM Nominatim failed to retrieve exact location (manual entry is required) with the location,' despite entering the correct locations in the CSV file.

Explanation

This happens when the OpenStreetMap (OSM) fails to recognize the location that was entered due to either incorrect or inadequate location information.    

Resolution

For the locations that weren't successfully imported, we recommend replacing the address (Column Q in CSV) with the GPS Coordinates.
