Symptom

Upon activating the Polylang Plugin, new map locations are not being added successfully to a map and the map marker doesn't display on the map when a search is being performed. 

Explanation

The MapifyPro does not officially support the Polylang plugin. 

Resolution

If you need to use a multilingual plugin, then we recommend using the WordPress Multilingual Plugin (WPML). The plugin can be installed from this link https://wpml.org.
