Symptom

You're using a MapifyPro map on your page/site and you noticed that some of its features had stopped working or some of your changes in the WP-admin are not reflected in the front-end. 

Explanation

It is most likely that you're running on the old version of MapifyPro. While you're licensed to use MapifyPro version 2.x indefinitely, support for version 2.x has ended. 

Resolution

If you purchase the latest version of MapifyPro (version 3.x), you can easily upgrade from the old version. To update to the latest version  of MapifyPro, please follow this guide.
