Symptom

When attempting to import your map locations using the CSV file template provided by the MapifPro Bulk Uploader, you may encounter an error stating, "OSM Nominatim failed to retrieve exact location (manual entry is required)." 

Explanation

This issue can occur if the CSV file includes locations (in Map Locations) that already exist in either the Published or the Trash folders. Please see screenshot below: 

Resolution

To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:
1. Permanently delete all items in the Trash folder.

2. Check the Published folder for any duplicate locations—specifically, look for locations similar to those in the CSV file. Delete duplicates, if any, either from the CSV file or the Published folder.

3. Once you have completed these steps, try importing the locations again using the MapifPro Bulk Uploader.
