Symptoms

You have added your map locations to a map, and the map has been properly added into a page or post with the correct map ID. However, the map or the map locations fail to load successfully on the page. 

Explanation

This is a known issue that can be resolved by following a specific workaround. 

Resolution

To fix the issue, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard (wp-admin).

2. Navigate to Settings and then select MapifyPro Verification.

3. Deactivate and then activate MapifyPro. 

4. In the API Key Deactivation section:

>Select the box to deactivate API Key.
>Click Save Changes.

5. In the API Key Activation section:

>Ensure that your API Key is displayed (it should still be present).
>Click Save Changes.

6. The API Key Status should now indicate "Verified."
