Symptom

When hovering over a tooltip on a map, the tooltip image appears flattened as in the below screenshot:

Explanation

This happens with an active Twenty Twenty-One theme on the WordPress site. 

Resolution

If you have Twenty Twenty-One active in your WordPress site, we recommend using a different theme to fix the issue. Below is an example of a fixed tooltip image view after changing the theme from Twenty Twenty-One to another theme (e.g. Twenty Twenty-Two):
