# MapifyPro Cancellation

1. Log in to <https://mapifypro.com/my-account>.

2. From the sidebar, click on **Subscriptions,** then select the Subscription ID of the product to be canceled.

3. Once the subscription information is displayed, click on **Cancel.**

# Will the plugin still work after cancellation?

You will no longer be able to use MapifyPro once canceled.

# What will happen to my existing add-ons once MapifyPro is canceled?

Add-ons do not require a subscription and are yours to keep after a single purchase.

# Are there other ways to cancel my MapifyPro subscription?

You may also submit a ticket here in our support system if you would like us to cancel the subscription for you.
