# Symptom

When performing a Batch Upload, some locations are not successfully imported with error, '*OSM Nominatim failed to retrieve exact location (manual entry is required) with the location,'*despite entering the correct locations in the CSV file.

# Explanation

This happens when the OpenStreetMap (OSM) fails to recognize the location that was entered due to either incorrect or inadequate location information.

# Resolution

For the locations that weren't successfully imported, we recommend replacing the address (Column Q in CSV) with the *GPS Coordinates.*
