# Explanation

You are entering an incorrect shortcode.

You are using an old version of PrettyRoutes.

# Resolution

Please ensure to use the correct Route Map ID. There are two different codes used when embedding a route map. Please consult this [article](https://support.mapifypro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360054898811)that explains this.

If you're using an older version of PrettyRoutes, you will need to update to the latest version.
