We currently don't provide a paid service for assisting in uploading CSV files for customers. However, we can provide support to ensure that your CSV file (batch upload) does get imported into your map successfully. In the future, we're looking to provide consulting services for an extra fee, which would include implementation and integration capabilities that would cover what you're asking for.

Can I cancel my subscription once I decide to remove MapifyPro Maps from my site?

Can I receive updates and support if I bought MapifyPro before it turned into a subscription service?

As of July 2018 MapifyPro has moved to a subscription model to ensure a product that is up to our standards. This means a much more involved support system, more updates, stronger code, and hands-on communication between customers and our dedicated support staff. In order to receive updates and support for MapifyPro you must have an active subscription. Customers who purchased the one-time product prior to July 2018 may still continue to use MapifyPro, however they are not eligible for updates and ongoing support.

I Can't Verify MapifyPro's API Key

MapifyPro version 3.0 and above requires an API key to verify, which is issued to you upon purchase and can be found under the API KEYS tab. I'm not able to activate MapifyPro

There is a known issue while activating that defaults the "Deactivate API Key" setting to a selected status, making it impossible to activate the plugin. To fix this, simply navigate to the "API Key Deactivation tab, and ensure this box is NOT selected. Click Save, and you will then be able to activate the Key on the API Key Activation tab.
