The below error is encountered when placing the PrettyRoutes map shortcode into a site or page:

You are entering an incorrect shortcode.

You are using an old version of PrettyRoutes.

Resolution

Please ensure to use the correct Route Map ID. There are two different codes used when embedding a route map. Please consult this articlethat explains this.
